The Terms of Use, service terms, and revision policy governing your use of SABABAT.
These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your use of SABABAT (Smart Automated Builder And Big Analysis Tool), a proprietary web-based data research assistant and data analysis tool developed and owned by Abbadh Labs LTD ("Company", "we" or "us"). By accessing, creating, registering or logging into SABABAT, you automatically agree to comply with the terms and conditions as well as the Company's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use SABABAT.
SABABAT, including its software, algorithms, codebase, design, and all associated intellectual property, is the sole property of Abbadh Labs LTD. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of SABABAT or any intellectual property rights associated with it.
Minimum Age: You must be atleast 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use of ServiceS. If you're under 18 you must have your parents or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.
Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use of Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You're responsible for all technology necessary to acess the Services.

The Company respects user data privacy and adheres to applicable data protection laws. Refer to SABABAT's Privacy Policy for details on data handling. Users retain ownership of data input into SABABAT, but the Company may store and process data as necessary to provide the service.
SABABAT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of SABABAT.
The Company is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use SABABAT. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abbadh Labs LTD from any claims arising from misuse of SABABAT.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to SABABAT at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for breach of this Agreement or any unauthorized use of the service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated through the SABABAT platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All payments made for SABABAT services are strictly non-refundable. Once a user successfully completes a payment for any service, that transaction is considered final. However, in cases where users experience issues receiving their results, reports, or accessing any purchased feature, Abbadh Labs LTD will promptly attend to such issues and ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible. While every effort will be made to deliver full satisfaction, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
SABABAT provides a revision service for research content generated through the platform. The policy distinguishes between corrections required because of an error attributable to SABABAT, and additional revisions the user requests after reviewing the work or receiving feedback from a supervisor, lecturer, reviewer, or other third party.
SABABAT reserves the right to determine whether a requested correction resulted from a SABABAT error, and may request clarification, supporting information, or supervisor feedback to make that determination. A revision request should relate to the original service purchased and be submitted within the revision period specified by SABABAT. A revision does not constitute the purchase of an entirely new research chapter or service — where requested changes substantially alter the original scope of work, SABABAT may determine that a new purchase is required instead.

The revision fee, 66.67% of the original service price, may be rounded to the nearest supported payment amount. The applicable fee is displayed before payment is required.
SABABAT reserves the right to assess each revision request and determine whether it constitutes a correction of a SABABAT error, completed free of charge, or an additional / substantially changed request, requiring payment of the applicable revision fee.

Users can reach out via the official contact channels displayed on the SABABAT platform. Support is available on a 24-hour basis, and all concerns will be attended to immediately or within a reasonable timeframe depending on the complexity of the issue.
